Hello, I am wondering two things. 1: How do I export the fill source data to a spreadsheet, so I can study my entries, exits and so on? 2: For the life of me I can not figure out how to detach a chart and than create a layout so I do not have to re-position my charts each time.. Right now, one chart book is detached and i have to click the globe and go to the chart I want to look at and then minimize it and go back to my normal chart. Is there a way that i can have multiple charts open at the same time in a particular position template on one monitor? So I can than maximize that chart to get a better look at that data and than min to the template so i can view multiple charts at the same time on the one monitor? I apologize if this doesn't make sense |

You can open multiple charts within a Chartbook and detach them by following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DetachingandAttachingChartWindows.html When you detach them, they are normal top-level windows that can be resized and repositioned. That is all standard Windows operating system usage and it should be quite obvious what to do. when I open the trading log file, it is blank. I am trading on sim 1 to test a stratedgy, there is no data in the selection. I even ran the date back to the 7th and there is no data. However there is data in the orders and position log. There is two trades recorded in trade stats for charts but not the Dom. I also open the trade activity from my Dom and it is blank as well. Anythoughts on this? I swear sometimes man, the software isn't installed properly or it's the PC I am running? It's like sierra is glitchy. Just the other day my 5 tick chart stopped working but another 5 tick chart was working? |
