Close Position Button missing

I am not able to find or submit close position (close all positions) button or menu item in SierraChart platform. Buttons "Flatten" and "Cancel All" do not work as I wish, namely, closing open and filled orders, such as MARKET order together with STOP order submited to TWS platform of IB. There is such a button in TWS and I do close positions created in SierraChart Trading Window using "Close Position" button in TWS. Can you help me with my query? Thanks.

It sounds as though you want to use Flatten. It is not clear what you want to do differently than this. Do you want to flatten all of your positions at once?
