I recently installed a new copy of SC. I tried to access a working LMax Fix account but can't logon. It says Bad Credentials - I know the logon is ok as I can access it via the web and other SC instances. Check your LMAX Username and Password in Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings to make sure they are correct.
