Hi Support,
My chart with internals froze again today. I had the same problem yesterday. My data feed is still connected and all other charts work fine. Could you please have a look at my log. My internet connection sits at 22Mbps. Could this be the problem? Thanks in advance.

Is the TICK-NYSE chart not updating? We see no evidence of this kind of problem in the log.

There may be a problem with the futures charts but we want to have a clear understanding of what symbols are not updating.

Yes, it's the NYSE Tick, and Advance Decline's of Niss-NYSE, Niss-SP, Niss-NQ, Niss-TF. All are on the same internals chart. Can you pls let me know if there is a problem. Many thanks.

It sounds like the problem is what is described in help topic 3.3:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html#h3.3

Go to one of those charts that is not updating and select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Apply Global Symbol Settings and press OK. This will ensure the charts update during US stock market hours.

Those charts will not update at this time because the US stock market is closed.

I followed your advice from yesterday, but my NYSE Tick still froze for a few seconds again today. The problem wasn't as bad as yesterday, but still don't want my internals freezing. Can you please look at the end of this message log and see if there is another problem. Thanks again for your help.

Only provide the Message Log if we ask for it.

There is no way we can determine an interruption of less than a minute from the Message Log.

There can be various causes for a few seconds of interruption and it is not something we would look into.
