Keep text on chart

Text labels are needed static on chart. Text put on trade charts moves with the time scroll. How can we keep a text as a label to stay in view?

Thank you for the Stationary Text command. Now I even need the text to move vertically with the price! I want to label extended box zones, so the text stays with the box.
