Alert not making Sound

Hello, I have set alerts on crossing with price and also on when Disconnected but it not making any sound :-(. When it cross it just blink and when disconnect it do nothing. What should I do? Thank you |

The method to troubleshoot a problem like this is to look at the Window >> Show/Hide Alerts Manager >> Alerts Log to see if the particular alert you expect is actually occurring and what the associated Alert Number is.
