Is there a way to delete all the trend lines that i manually draw on the chart? But.. I would like my indicators to stay. I noticed there is a function that deletes everything on the chart including the indicators, In this case i would like to keep the indicators and just get rid of the lines.

You can delete all the Chart Drawings except for the text drawings with Tools >> Erase All Nontext Drawings.
