adding 'monthly' VbP to a 'daily' TPO chart (?)

I'm trying to add a monthly composite VbP to a daily TPO chart (which has 30 days loaded). I follow these instructions http://youtu.be/PdUszWWiFsw @ 42:27 - but I get a daily VbP for each TPO - not a monthly composite.

This will not work because a Volume by Price study added to a TPO chart will always have the same time period as the TPO Profiles in the chart.
