Need some help with Symbols...

I use the following data service: FXCM I tried several symbols: USDJPY - this pair has intraday data but no historical data. EURTRY - this pair has updating historical data but no intraday data. EURUSD or GBPUSD - both symbols have historical and intraday data. WHY IS THAT SO? |

For the USDJPY chart, go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You should get historical data. EURTRY is not a common pair and there may not be any data available for this. I have Years of Data in a yearly EURUSD loaded. If i just change the symbol in this particular chart to USDJPY, then i get the posted result. I dont change anything but the symbol. I mean 70k+ days loaded should be enough. I tried again ur suggested method (deleting and loading all data) but it doesnt work. PS: I am not a troll, its like i described. This is what we get for that symbol using the SC Forex Data Service: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1421778932603.png These chart bars are set to Yearly and the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Days to Load setting is set to 0. I dont know why, but it didnt work. I deleted all USDJPY files and finally the software charts the data. The files werent write protected but maybe the data couldnt either be read from or written to this file. Thx for the awesome support. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-01-23 07:02:31
