I have a demo of Transact service
From this morning I've had 5 random disconnections (in 3 hours)
Both the TA platform than SC were unable to give some sort of message about that.
The status of SC was green (DF-ST) and also the TA platform dots were green
I had to reconnect both manually
Very dangerous

Another issue:
A single chart is freezing...
After minimize and restore command it's working

In response to post #1, we are not the provider of the data feed in this case.

You need to contact the data feed provider, TransAct, about this.


In response to post #2, we very rarely hear about this issue, only one other time, and it is a system issue. Not with Sierra Chart.
