Data wont save reverts to old settings when Hit ok

I cant change my settings on my charts, for example I want to change color of a line>i go into analysis>daily ohlc>doubleleft click into ohlc study>subgraphs>then i change color?hit ok for color>hit ok to close page>apply>ok but nothing changes???? Also issue when I originally setup sierra I had rithmic data feed I now use IQ, on startup everytime it stills brings up Rithmic I have to select iq everytime on startup> i have unchecked rithmic 20 times hit ok then checked Iq but it stills opens up with rithmic......could these two issues be related. my pc is running other platforms fine, please advise how to change studies and data provider,,,note check box works in studies but color and settings for line thickness etc wont apply |

You are following the right procedure to change Study Subgraphs settings. What is the particular Subgraph you are changing the color of and what is the Draw Style set to? it wont work on any of my studies, the check box will still hide them but I cant change color or width. ie Daily OHLC i cant change colors for ON settings...or settings for>Tpo value area color, IB lines I cant change from original settings...and so on..I can change background>text etc I tried deleting this chart then reinstalled studies with all my setup, is there a way to lock a Study set where u cant change it? I can change settings in my other charts and a new chart but cant change for this study set??? |

This is not making sense for us and is not completely clear. You will have to show us with remote assistance. We cannot even imagine why you would have any trouble changing study settings.
