FXCM FIX feed behind SC FXCM feed

This has happened three times now. I had FXCM FIX sending data to SC, I put in a trade through FXCM trading station, found out suddenly that the real price was (in this case) 10 pips less than the price given on the chart for FXCM FIX.
Why and what does this message from the message log mean?
FXCM FIX: Received a sequence number that is ahead of the next expected sequence number. Expected sequence number 9810. New sequence number 9977 | 2014-12-17 19:49:33
I have also sent the message log for analysis.

I've checked back and forth between SC Forex Data and FXCM FIX data and have found that FXCM FIX price data is lagging SC data on all currencies. I flipped back and forth between the two data feeds numerous times and it is occurring every time.
Obviously, as it is now, it cannot be used for trading from SC's charts.

This indicates the server dropped some data sending it to your system.

So how should I approach chronic intermittent latency problems on the FIX FXCM with them? Is that something you guys can press them on at the same time? I mean, if it makes it difficult/impossible for SC-FXCM customers to trade from the SC charts, then it begs the question why use SC to trade FXCM? I would much rather use SC to trade FXCM -- its far superior software to TradeStation/Marketscope.
What do you suggest I do if this problem persists?

What we can do is add an option to use the Sierra Chart FXCM data feed when trading with FXCM.

We will try to get this implemented within two weeks.

We have contacted FXCM about this solution we described in post #7.

As a workaround, while I am waiting for you to add that option, what if i install a second copy of SC and i follow the instructions in your documentation: "Sharing Data Between Installed Copies of Sierra Chart". Will this work? Using the data feed from SC(FXCM) as the source, but sending the orders via the FXCM FIX feed on the destination copy. Or will the orders still be subject to the lag/stoppage in the FXCM FIX connection?

ok, i've done the workaround, and it does work, you're right.
but it was a few hours of extra work and it eats up alot of comp resources with 2 versions of SC each with over 220 charts open simultaneously.(many study overlays in multiple currency pairs and multiple time frames). i reduced days to load in all charts to only a handful and that helped considerably
So, so far it seems the problem is solved for now.
however, i am still looking eagerly forward to your added option in post #7.
thanks for the quick and courteous responses.

You do not need any charts open in the source copy/instance of Sierra Chart. The market data is handled automatically in that instance. You can close those charts.
