Parallel Rays Tool is Broken

I'm on version 1217 and the parallel rays tool is not working. When drawing the 3 points on the chart the lines are not appearing on the chart. After releasing the tool the lines do not appear on the chart, either.

We do not see a problem with this drawing tool. Possibly there are out of order timestamps in the chart. Re-download the data with Edit >Delete All Data and Download. Also check the color settings for the drawing tool through Global Settings >> Tool Configs >> Parallel Rays. Make sure the colors are different than the background color. Just so you know, the latest prerelease, 1219, has this definitely resolved. We were not sure if the problem resolution made it out in 1218, but 1219 has it.

Use Help >> Download Prerelease. There is no need to be concerned about the prerelease. It is completely stable.
