Problems with Data Feed

Attached are two charts that I captured at around 1:25pm PST today. The one with the 60 min charts for ES and CL appears to be behind one hour. I checked the settings and they appear to be correct. Shorter timeframes are updating real time. The single YM chart shows a 60 min time frame where the price chart did update but the two with the custom indicators did not.

I contacted DTN-IQ, and they said I needed to post here for a response (see their email below):
"I'm looking at 60-minute charts here on those symbols and I'm not seeing what you're seeing. It may be that Sierra Charts is loading data on the back end of the minute/hour, whereas IQFeed is loading it on the front end, thus
creating a time difference. For example, for the 12:01 minute timestamp, we fill it with data between 12:00:00 and 12:00:59. Some charting software use the 12:00 timestamp with that same data. If that is the case, there's unfortunately nothing we can do other than to recommend contacting SC for help".

Please advise what the issue might be and whether I have some settings incorrect.

The proper and only acceptable method to provide an image of a chart is by following these instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image

And please only post one chart. This is all that is needed. Additional charts will only be disregarded unless they are needed. If we need anything more we will ask.

Based upon what you describe, it sounds like a chart updating issue. Therefore, review help topic 3 here:
