How to make sizes of strips inside number bars to be constant at any time and any volatility? Would you like to make this by default also?
It is really annoying when they are beginning to be thinner so much that it is impossible to see normally the numbers inside bars after scrolling the chart. It is my opinion but I think that 95% of your participants have the same attitude.

Also, would you like to make that with mouse wheel scrolling the chart will be moved up and down and with hand tool it will be possible to move chart left-right?
I think it is most comfortable and intuitive understandable than any other variations.

I am understood now why it is impossible to make sizes of strips inside number bars to be constant at any time and any volatility. And also making when mouse wheel will be scrolling and the chart will be moved up and down is not a good idea. But I still have a problem with hand tool, because it is possible to move chart up and down only if to navigate hand tool to scale on prices area, but it is impossible to move chart up or down when hand tool is on the chart's area. How to fix this?
