This is a very unusual error:

Could you please restart your computer.

Start Sierra Chart.

Open a chart using File >> Find Symbol.

Do you still notice this error?

We see you have been using Sierra Chart for a long time now. So this problem just started occurring for you?

Did it start occurring after you updated Sierra Chart?

Or did it just occur with the same version you are running for no apparent reason.
