Problem with open chartbooks

Hi, I have problem. Open SierraChart, click on "OC", find my chartbook and when I want to open chartbook it write me mistake (I enclose Message Log bellow). I tried to download newest version of Sierra and it still write the same. Thanks for your help. Could you please restart your computer. Start Sierra Chart. Open a chart using File >> Find Symbol. Do you still notice this error? Hi, I tried restart PC, reinstal Sierra and it still write the same in Message Log. Pls help :-( |

We see you have been using Sierra Chart for a long time now. So this problem just started occurring for you? Did it start occurring after you updated Sierra Chart?
