That is misleading. Why would I be paying for additional service balance? What is additional service balance? I purchase 3 months of service. it stated group 5 at $40.00 /month less the discount offered for multiple month payment. Winston Peak |

What we did was we transferred the credit balance you put on the Additional Services Balance to usage time when we were contacted you about the problem. You did get the discount. We will consider this incident because you are not the only one who got confused over this. So we will see how to prevent it.
