Error Message - Unable to Open Sierra

I was working in Sierra when it suddenly gave me a message that it needed to shut down. When I tried to re-open, I got a window with the following message: "The ordinal 350 could not be located in the dynamic link library SSLEAY32.dll" I cannot find a reference to this error message anywhere and I can't get past it to log in. Please advise what I need to do. Thanks |
