Charts not updating in realtime

Hi,

I followed these steps but the problem still remain unsolved.

I have uploaded two pictures of the same chart.
One from SC. The other from another platform.

Is the problem that you are missing historical data, which we do see in the chart, or that the chart is not updating in real-time?

In regards to the missing historical data, we are aware of that problem and it will be solved as soon as possible. When it is resolved, follow the instructions in help topic 7.1 to re-download the data:

Yes, missing intraday historical data.
This is what I see on the chart right now.

Can it be resolved today?
