Unable to trade directly from Sierra Chart

I am unable to trade directly from SC with my IB live account. It works fine with my IB practice account though. The message in the log says my account does not have sufficient funds for this trade. In reality, my IB account is sufficiently funded. Thanks in advance, Jean-Luc Trudeau |

There will be a error message displayed in Trade >> Trade Service Log in Sierra Chart when you submit an order. Ask Interactive Brokers about that message because a portion of the text you see will originate from Interactive Brokers.

Thank you, I submitted the issue to IB. The problem is that the order was sent to the correct username but wrong account. As you may know, IB supports more than one account for one username. Last year, they changed all account numbers but the old accounts still exist. So my orders are sent to this old account which is not funded. How can I specify which account to use? JL Trudeau |
