problem downloading the tool list

Good afternoon.
The problem with loading the tool list.
Opened the window Global Symbol Stttings pressed Full Resset, the list on the left side is missing, press (repeatedly) Update From Server tool list is empty. Tell me how to fix the problem download. Log terminal attached.

We are working on this issue. We think it is due to your Internet connection and a large amount of data transferred for the Symbol Settings. We are working on adding support for compression when requesting the symbol settings.
