We are aware of the issue and we have communicated this to Barchart who handles the network connectivity.

For now, disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After that select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

This will allow you to use the trading service provided data feed, assuming you are connected to a trading service and have access to that data feed.

This problem is not affecting all users. We are able to connect to the servers fine from outside the US. The servers are located in Chicago. Which makes us wonder that the problem could be something outside of the Barchart network.
