SC v.1205, DDT/CQG FIX, SC Real Time Data Feed.
I don't think there is a problem with CQG since I can't receive data even with SC [Exchange Data] as DTS

We are aware of the issue and we have communicated this to Barchart who handles the network connectivity.


For now, disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After that select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

This problem is not affecting all users. We are able to connect to the servers fine from outside the US. The servers are located in Chicago. Which makes us wonder that the problem could be something outside of the Barchart network.
