Intraday Data Error

I have a Data Gap that keeps showing up. I have done the recommended deletion and redownload of data.

I have been to this page and completed the filename extension removal, and redownload.
I have tried manually removing scids and dly from data folder, and uninstalling Sierrachart.
After which, I've downloaded a new front month contract of a different commodity.

I'm not sure why but I'm still missing data when I download (around 11am).
I'll try contacting my broker first.
What would you guys recommend I do?

We need to patch this missing Rithmic data due to a Rithmic outage earlier today.

If you are missing data, this is the procedure to follow to re-download data:

There is no need to delete the data file and certainly not uninstall Sierra Chart.
