Is this new CQG Web Api currently active for Amp customers to use? I just contacted Amp, which they in turn say they contacted you, and was told that this feature will not be up and running for about a month.

I'm not a tech person, so please bear with me regarding terminology. But I was told there is some type of configuration problem on CQG's end where some type of Sierra Chart server file protocol is incompatible and that it will take about a month for it to be sorted out.

Well then I am completely confused... Hoping you can contact Amp to get a definite answer because at this point I'm not sure what to believe. I've spent the last few hours and even spoke on the phone with Amp reps who say that this CQG Web Api is not functional at the moment.
