Hi, I do get a historical chart but only till september?? and when I want to open an intraday chart it's almost empty. This is the log: Currently no data in file to display. For instance the DAX or gold future but Sierra gives me a list of available symbols and if I click on GER30 (which is the DAX) I get nothing. In IB if I type DAX I can choose between index or fut but if I type DAX in Sierra I get an almost empty chart with a strange price (26 instead of 9400)

You are looking at the wrong list of symbols. When using Interactive Brokers, select File >> Find Symbol and choose the symbol that you want in the Futures list.
