I download the new version 1212 but I have a problem with the charts. The spreadsheet system arrow signal (buy or sell) is plotting at zero number compressing the charts, any idea how to fix it? It's plotting the arrows as 0 in all systems. Image attached. |

Is it actually at zero or some other number? What is one of the formulas that is causing an arrow to be displayed actually returning?

It is showing the value at Zero and the formula condition shows "true" but the formula itself has not adjusted at all. Only the version #.

It looks to me like it plots at 1, not 0. You can use this variation to place the up arrow under the price bar: =IF(YourFormula,D3,0) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-11-18 14:43:31

Thanks Tom, this might have been a scaling issue, anyway it appears for now we have it resolved.

We do see a problem with this and we are correcting it.
