IQ Feed, Level II needed?

I get the delayed data on SP# or SPM13 symbols like I always have. But now, after v. 972, I also get this message log: IQFeed: Level 2 error: Account not authorized for Level II | 2013-05-16 07:38:29,[/i] looping for that chart when I delete and refresh data. Is this a problem?

IQ Feed has said this problem will be resolved in their next client software version. Hopefully they will get this done soon.

For now, we will put in a temporary patch, that when this messages occurs, we will disconnect from the level 2 port.

IQ says the issue will be resolved in version 5.1 No date set for release yet. They're usually pretty slow on upgrades.

Please update to the latest Sierra Chart release by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. When this message is received, we disconnect from the level 2 port so it should not occur again.
