With Denali, is FDAX tick-by-tick history available from 2014 to today, and is the bid volume / ask volume of each trade taken from the Eurex aggressor indicator (not calculated from the best bid/ask)? 2. Is historical market depth data available for FDAX, and from which date? 3. Which package and Denali Eurex subscription do I need (non-professional), what is the monthly cost, and can I export the tick data to CSV and keep it after cancelling? Thank you. Carlos
