License question - using paid for downloaded historical data.

I was a Sierra Chart subscriber until 1 November 2026. While subscribed, I downloaded CME historical intraday data, including tick data with bid/ask volume. Does the licence allow me to read my downloaded .scid files with my own software, for private backtesting research only? Nothing would be redistributed or shared with anyone. Now that my subscription has ended, may I keep using the data I downloaded while subscribed? If either isn’t allowed, could you tell me which licence or service would permit it? |
