Hello! I am trying to pay for a $36 basic package, but I am unable to do so. How can I make the payment? What is the procedure for paying by credit card? I am from Bulgaria. |

We see several attempts to add funds using our payment process of "PayPal", in which the transactions were declined. We see this a lot with PayPal for no good reason. We do see that you were eventually able to get a payment to work and the funds were added to your account. We do recommend using the payment processor of "Stripe" which does not have the rejections like PayPal does. This is the payment option at the top of the list on our Payments page where it states "Pay with Stripe".
