TPO Profile Study Not Displaying – Sierra Chart Integrated Advanced

Hello Sierra Chart Support, I'm experiencing an issue with the TPO Profile study in Sierra Chart. I'm currently subscribed to the Integrated Advanced Service Package ($46/month), CME data active, and my CQG connection is configured and working. My regular charts load market data correctly, but whenever I add the TPO Profile study, the chart turns completely black and displays no TPO data. I've also tried creating a completely new chart and adding the TPO Profile study, but the same issue occurs. I've checked the study settings and attempted troubleshooting without success. Could you please confirm whether my current service package supports the TPO Profile study and help me determine why it isn't displaying? Thank you for your assistance. |
