Hello, I created my account today. The Account Control Panel shows my free trial as active until 2026-11-21, and when I open Sierra Chart (version 2980) I get the notification with the trial symbol list (MES?##-CME, YM?##-CBOT, FDAX?##-EUREX, etc.). However, in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings, every service, including SC Data and Trading Evaluator - Delayed, is marked “Not enabled on package”. When I connect, I get “Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function” and it disconnects. Could you please check my account and enable the trial data service so I can test Numbers Bars and the DOM on MESZ26-CME with delayed data? Thank you. |
