my charts arnt loading in i have access to the tpo and footprint of the jan CL contract but not the December , the data doesnt load

We need more information on what exactly you are doing and what is occurring. For instance, you reference the January CL contract as working, but not the December CL contract. Are you opening separate charts for these? are you missing data in a chart? Something else?
