can't connect via FIX FXCM

I got the FIX connection info from FXCM as you detailed in your help files (http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/FXCMTrading.php) but cannot connect: here's a copy of the log.
I've also sent the message log for analysis.

Restart Sierra Chart. Do you get a System Notification message indicating your computer's clock is not set accurately?

If not, then there is a problem with the FXCM connection details you have entered in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

The clock is fine, 0 seconds to server. If its the fxcm details then I would have to contact FXCM about that? Or should I send them to you and you try them?
