The Server list under Rithmic Direct - DTC is empty and will not populate, so I cannot connect. Message Log shows: HTTPS connection to downloads.rithmic.com:443 | Encryption stream error HTTP response receiving connection points not completed or OK Rithmic Direct - DTC | Remote address is not set Trading/Market Data/Historical usernames and passwords are entered. Service Package 10 is active. I have tried running Sierra Chart as administrator and restarting. My Rithmic credentials work fine in R|Trader Pro (all agreements signed, CME entitlement enabled, non-professional). This is a prop firm account and I only need market data, not order routing |
