I have lines drawn from a reference chart being drawn in my entry chart yet when I want to use my retracement tool in the entry chart to snap to the line from my reference chart, I get nothing. Is there a setting or is there no function at all for this situation?

There is no option to "Snap To" another drawing. The only snapping options are to the Open, High, Low, or Close of a bar. If you want to match up exactly, then after you have drawn the retracement, you can use the crosshairs to get the price value at a bar where you want the retracement to start and then adjust the Anchor point to be exactly where you want. The anchors can be accessed/modified on the Chart Drawing Properties in the "Anchors" tab.
