I have Display setting on "points ignore quantity". In the P/L column it is listing each trade's points correctly and not multiplying points x contracts which is great. In the image I sent, you can see the total should equal 568.25 not 113.00. It is giving the erroneously derived last cumulative profit as the total of the P/L column. The first 2 trades summed should be -4.75 not 2.00 and so on. I see in the threads that someone else complained about this in March of 2022. This is a VERY important stat. I would very much appreciate it being fixed so as not to hinder my back testing. Thank you. |

The whole point of ignoring quantity is to know how many raw points a person gains or loses in a trade without being multiplied by contracts. Which you do show for each individual trade. Why then would one of you think "ok, let's instead of adding the raw points together to give our customers what they are obviously looking for and expecting (a raw sum of points for all trades). Let's hit them out of left field with something they won't even know what it is, much less be useful to them. Let's just make that number "the sum of the profit/loss of all individual trades as a currency value and then divided by the total quantity of those Trades" that nobody asked for and serves no useful purpose??? Please correct this silliness, and give us what any normal person expects to see in that sum column. Others clearly feel the same as I do judging by previous posts. |
