I read your Data License terms. For personal research only (no redistribution, no sharing), may I export historical tick data I download with Package 3 and analyze it in my own Python scripts? If not, is there any paid option that allows this?

No, you may not use the data outside of of Sierra Chart for any reason. There is no option that we offer for this. You would need to get the data from the exchange directly to do what you are wanting.
