I'm using version 2882, and everything was working fine yesterday. However, today, many of the built-in studies are marked as "Unknown Name." Please see the attached screenshot.

Are those actually built-in studies to Sierra Chart, or are they custom studies that you use? If they are custom studies, then we wonder if you are getting these from a third party. If so, then most likely they updated their studies for the recent changes and did not leave the previous version of the study available for older versions. Therefore, you probably got the updated version, which will not work on your version of software. You would need to talk to the developer of the studies to see if this is the case. If these are actual built-in studies, then we need to know one of the studies that is giving that error. The issue has resolved itself after I restarted that instance of Sierra Chart. Just to provide some context: 1. When I launched Sierra Chart today, my internet connection was down, but it came back a few seconds later. 2. The attached screenshots show the only built-in studies that were available after I started Sierra Chart (when internet was down) 3. Could launching Sierra Chart while the internet is down cause this issue? |

You should not have this issue at all. It shouldn't matter if the Internet was down. We really do not know what occurred, but as long as you are fine now, then that is good.
