Hello Sierra Chart Support, My annual Sierra Chart subscription was automatically renewed on October 18, 2026, for €320.36. I have since disabled the renewal, as I no longer wish to continue my subscription. I would like to request a refund for the unused portion of my annual subscription, in accordance with your refund policy.
