Hi, With the latest version installed this verification has failed many times. Checked Spam, Norton and anything I can think of ! Any ideas ? |

If you are not receiving our automated emails, then this would imply that your ISP is removing them before you get them. We see you have an @aol.com email, so you would need to check with AOL to see if they are doing this. A solution would be to setup a different email just for Sierra Chart, just do not use @yahoo.com, as this is one that we know definitely does not deliver our emails.
