**Subject:** Trial active but SC Data shows “Not enabled on package” Hello, My Sierra Chart account has an active Trial Package until October 26, 2026. In Global Settings → Data/Trade Service Settings, the Current Selected Service shows: **SC Data (Not enabled on package)** When I try to connect to the data feed, I cannot connect to the delayed market data. I would like to use the delayed exchange data available during the Trial to practice with Sierra Chart, including Numbers Bars and Volume Profile. Please let me know what I need to do to access the delayed data during my Trial. Thank you. |
