Hello, I am a Non-Professional subscriber and I am considering Service Package 12 with Nasdaq TotalView. I want to use Nasdaq TotalView/MBO only for my own personal, non-commercial trading research. I do not redistribute or sell market data and no other users will have access to it. My plan is to create a custom ACSIL study inside Sierra Chart which processes Time & Sales, market depth and Market By Order data and calculates proprietary metrics such as Delta, order-flow imbalance, replenishment/absorption and custom trading signals. Could you please confirm: 1. Is this type of automated analysis inside Sierra Chart permitted for a Non-Professional subscriber? 2. Does using ACSIL to process TotalView/MBO for my own personal use require any additional Non-Display license or exchange fee? 3. Can the custom study write or send only proprietary derived signals/metrics to my own private dashboard (for example: symbol, timestamp, signal name and confidence score), provided no raw quotes, depth, MBO/order IDs or other exchange market data are redistributed? 4. If external transmission of derived signals is not permitted, can the study save these proprietary calculations locally on the same computer for my own research? Thank you. |

1. This kind of analysis "inside" of Sierra Chart is fine. 2. As long as the processing is done "inside" Sierra Chart, then there is nothing special you need. 3. Derived signals/metrics can be sent out of Sierra Chart. The raw data, or simple manipulations of the raw data that is easily back-engineered is not allowed out of the system. 4. N/A.
