Hello Support, I have subscribed today to CBOE Global Indexes Exchange in order to get real time data for VIX1D_CGI and VXN1D_CGI. However, while it's all fine with VIX1D_CGI, the ticker VXN1D_CGI is not loading nor showing real time data. Would you please take a look and check what's wrong with it? |
