I intended to purchase one month of Package 11 for $46. I added $124 to my Services Balance. After clicking “Update and Renew Now,” my balance went down to $32 and Package 11 shows active until December 27. Please refund the extra 31 days/$46 to my Services Surplus so I can use it for CME data. Please also confirm my renewal setting.
