I have seen posts from a few years back, which note that SC doesn't support automatically moving SL after 2 or more trade entries, into a Breakeven position, and that manually hitting the BE button on the trading tab was the way to achieve the Breakeven state. Is this still the case, or is there a way to automatically shift SL to BE whilst scaling in? Trying to write a bot to scale in several entries, moving SL to BE with each new entry, and locking the Profit Target price level to the 1st entry target requirement. Is this achievable? Thanks |

We are not certain of the particular workflow you are referencing. We wonder if what you are referring to is the fact that there are only 2 steps available for the "Move to Breakeven" options for a Stop. There is no direct connection between Scaling In and the Move to Breakeven. So if you add additional orders and they are scaled in, the Move to Breakeven will still function as it is setup to do. Naturally, if the Move to Breakeven has been triggered prior to adding the orders, then there will not be any further automatic movements, as this has already occurred.
