CBOE Global Indexes Additional - No data on some tickers

Hello Support, I subscribed "CBOE Global Indexes Additional" today but the tickers CNIV01_CGI, CNIV02_CGI, CNIV03_CGI, CNIV04_CGI (today's ticker) and CNIV05_CGI are not showing any intraday data nor historical data, just a blank chart. I'm also using TNX_CGI from the same data package and this one is working well. Please check what's wrong. |

Most likely that data is not available to us with the data package we have with the CBOE. We will have to check on this.

Update: After thorough investigation, it seems this ticker only updates once a day. If that's really the case it will be useless for what I need. In any case, I got it to download the data and show a value and the day change percentage, so I guess it belongs to this package. But the chart is always blank, it doesn't matter what I do. |

Actually, it only updates once a week on the specific day for that particular symbol. There is data for these symbols but just Historical Daily Data.
