I have just renewed my monthly payment after a 3 month gap. I am only getting delayed data instead of the realtime data that my package includes. How can I resolve this issue . |

The packages do not include the real-time data for those exchanges that require a payment. Refer to the following: Real-Time Data You need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data.
