Hi, My account Alekkulatti still shows "Restricted" on the Last Login line, and every service says "Not enabled on package", even after restarting Sierra Chart. I have never used Sierra Chart or held a Sierra account before. I'm running it on a Mac through CrossOver, which might be why it looks like a previous installation. Could you please review the account and lift the restriction? |
